Barre Balance opened its studio doors in the commercial district this month, welcoming guys and girls to be brave and try barre.
Founder Natalie Butler recently returned from living in Australia where she first discovered this feel good movement. After many years of climbing the corporate ladder she cut loose and went on a journey of self-discovery, to pursue a better-balanced life. It didn’t take her long to turn her hobby in to a career, training at Australia’s best barre school in Byron Bay.
After returning from Australia 12 months ago, Natalie went back to a desk job to support her burning desire to launch barre in Liverpool. She ran classes in the evening after work before quitting her job and opening up the boutique studio.
Barre is a ballet inspired workout which originates from the US. Barre Balance’s classes are a fusion of pilates, yoga and ballet and designed to help shape and tone your body.
Founder Natalie said:
“For me it’s not just about a physical change, it’s about looking after our mental health too”.
Barre Balance is open six days a week, running 17 classes, from 7.15am in the morning through to evening classes at 7pm, designed to suit busy lives. With beginner, advanced, cardio and tone classes there’s a class to suit everyone in a non-competitive and supportive environment. Clients can also enjoy a glass of infused water or a cup of herbal tea after class. Barre Balance understands the importance of wellness in the workplace and the increasing need for employers to invest in their staff. Private corporate classes are available to book at the Australian inspired studio.
The studio is located just off Old Hall Street and a 2 minute walk from Moorfields Station, the perfect spot for those busy commuters.
