Liverpool’s much loved French inspired Bistros have now been taken under the wing of the same owners who also own Castle St Townhouse. The French Bistros are famous Liverpool institutions, with the first Bistro Pierre on Button Street opening over 30 years ago.
Both eatery’s were previously part of the North West Restaurant group, but the owners of Castle St Townhouse have proposed to give both Bistro Pierre and Bistro Franc venues a small makeover, keeping the authentic French style and enhance the rustic theme.
Bistro Pierre’s sister venue, Bistro Franc’s, General Manager Sarah said:
”This is a really exciting project, as both venues have a great history and cliental. The venues have gone from strength to strength over the years so it exciting to be involved in the development of giving these sites a new lease off life and enhance the already established restaurant”.
Bistro Pierre are open 7 days a week and currently offer lunch and dinner with their well-established pre theatre offer and wine and dine. Over the coming months an exciting Breakfast and brunch element will be introduced, as well as a French inspired Afternoon Tea.
