Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) are running its “Lifeworks” Employability Course for Ex-Service Personnel in Liverpool from Monday 21st January to Friday 25th January, in partnership with The Royal British Legion pop in centre in Liverpool City Centre.
During the Lifeworks week in Liverpool, RBLI will be running a mock interview session on Thursday 24th January from 1.00pm – 3.00pm where they are seeking support from local businesses to provide a real experience for delegates attending. The mock interviews are an important and valued element of the running order for the week, which is why RBLI are seeking individuals who are used to carrying out interviews and would be happy to provide real time feedback for ex-service personnel attendees.
For those who are able to volunteer, RBLI will provide you with CVs and additional information ahead of the session (usually the previous day) about those who will be attending the mock interviews. RBLI are not in a position to pay volunteers who are able to help with the sessions, but they can guarantee a real “feel good” experience – safe in the knowledge that volunteers have helped an Ex-Service person to the next stage of their working life.
If you can spare some time on Thursday 24th of January and would like to participate, or know somebody who could, please contact Lesley-Jane Holt here.
