The award-winning tapas restaurant, El Gato Negro, is coming to Liverpool later this year.
The new establishment will take over the space formerly occupied by The Vincent Café & Cocktail Bar in the iconic development of Exchange Flags at the heart of the city. With its magnificent mix of modernist and Neoclassical architecture, vibrant square, and broad audience in both daytime and evenings it’s the ideal location for the restaurant in the city centre.
Chef Patron and Creative Director Simon Shaw says:
“I am really looking forward to opening a second El Gato Negro restaurant. Liverpool’s an incredible city and I love the community spirit and vibe there. The restaurant has been so popular in Manchester that it only seemed right to bring the venue to a second city in the North and Liverpool seemed like the perfect fit.”
