The boardroom in the Liverpool BID Company office is available to hire.
For BID Levy Payers the boardroom is free to use, four times a year. All subsequent usage will be charged at a discounted price.
Fully air conditioned, the meeting space can accommodate up to 25 people and can be adapted for theatre style presentations accommodating up to 30 people.
The Boardroom is equipped with projector (VGI and HDMI connectors), Apple TV, speakers and wi-fi. A lap top is available upon request.
Tea, coffee and water is provided for all meetings. Food can can be ordered. Kitchen facilities are available.
Boardroom and toilets have disability access.
