Get involved with University of Liverpool's Wellbeing Week

The University of Liverpool will be hosting a Wellbeing Week for their students between Monday 6 – Friday 10 May!

Throughout the week, University of Liverpool will be focusing on the main themes which are mental health and wellbeing, sport and fitness plus music and relaxation. If you think your business can contribute to Wellbeing Week or can complement any of the above themes, then University of Liverpool want to hear from you.

The key dates for businesses to get involved are:

→ Friday 10 May: University of Liverpool will be taking over three spaces on their campus; Abercromby Square, The Street (located behind the Guild/Sports Centre) and University Square to celebrate the week. Within these three locations, University of Liverpool will be holding their own wellbeing events for students but they are seeking businesses to also get involved by asking them to:

    • Host their own workshops
    • Join in with the events by having their own food/drink stalls
    • Supplying your DJ to perform in University Square

To take part in the week, the following costings are below (approximates):

→ For businesses who wish to trade at the event the charge is likely to be £200 for an allocated space.

→ For businesses who wish to use the event for promotion purposes (not for profit), there will be no charge.

→ Parking will be allocated and at present University of Liverpool can secure 9 spaces. University of Liverpool realise this will be dependent on the businesses we decide to work with and may decrease/increase.

Equipment: All businesses must provide their own supplies. University of Liverpool are able to provide trestle tables and are currently in the process of ascertaining any other equipment that is available to us.
