BDO are looking for individuals to work within Accounts/Tax/Audit in the Shared Service Centre team (SSC). Main purpose of the job:

Every day, you’ll work with managers and team members who will help you build the skills you need to solve complex challenges we’re presented with. Alongside extensive training, you’ll have the opportunity to build out your CV working on innovative services that are essential for supporting our national and international clients.

The teams currently offering placement are:

  • Accounts: Support regional client facing audit teams by preparing statutory accounts from trial balance under FRS 102, FRS 102 section 1a and FRS 101 while working extensively with Caseware accounting software and other workflow tools.
  • Audit: Supporting the client facing audit teams with multiple aspects of the audit process including audit set up, report generation, derivative valuation and casting.
  • Tax: Completing personal, corporate and Employment tax processing for client facing teams and work extensively with BDO’s tax software and workflow tools.
  • Business Services & Outsourcing (BSPO): Support our client facing outsourcing teams with a range of outsourcing processes including bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts

Applicants must have competent IT skills, be well presented with strong professional written and verbal communications skills plus have good time management skills.
