LEAF Tea Shop & Bar are delighted to announce that they have won a bronze medal for their small batch dry gin made with their unique blend of Champagne Cassis white tea botanicals.
Founded in 1969, the IWSC is considered to be the most prestigious competition of its kind in the world.
The awards given by the competition are believed to be among some of the highest honours in the industry. Judging for the Competition is unique in that it has two stages; first, the products are tasted blind by expert panels, selected from over 400 fully experienced and qualified industry judges. Products which receive the top medals are then subject to technical analysis before results are released; this crucial stage ensures winners receive complete validation.
LEAF gin has been lovingly made in a copper pot still and distilled by hand. Featuring LEAF’s celebratory Champagne Cassis white tea botanicals, this unique gin is beautifully aromatic and elegant with delicate blackcurrant and herbal notes. Only 430 bottles of this premium gin have been made to date and they are exclusively available to enjoy through LEAF or in their associated venues.
