Liverpool Biennial are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the Head of Marketing and work with the wider Biennial team, Biennial partners and collaborators on the delivery of impactful audience-focused campaigns.

Main purpose of the job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-performing, audience-focused campaigns for the biennial festival and year-round programme of projects, exhibitions and events. You will also be expected to coordinate the design, production and distribution of all print and marketing collateral, working closely with freelancers and suppliers. Alongside this, it will be required for the candidate to provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing and press teams, including but not limited to the sourcing and distribution of images, collation of marketing assets, filing, archiving and updating spreadsheets.
Applicants must a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and communications plus have excellent communication skills both in writing and in person.
