Hospitality Action are hosting their Northern Lights dinner on Monday 14 October at the Hilton Liverpool City Centre and you are invited to join them for a night to remember!
A “chef dream team” from the North will prepare a stunning 5 course menu at the annual Northern Lights Dinner. Enlisted within the dream team of northern culinary talent include: Simon Shaw, El Gato Negro; Ellis Barrie, Marram Grass; Oli Martin, Hipping Hall; Tom Parker, White Swan at Fence and Adam Reid, The French.
The team boasts a phenomenal eleven AA Rosettes and a Michelin star and they will be cooking up a truly stunning menu at the annual Northern Lights Dinner, which this year is being held at the Hilton Liverpool City Centre on Monday 14 October, 6.30-11.00pm.
Guests will be treated to a cocktail and canapé reception before indulging in a stunning five course dinner prepared by some the region’s most decorated award-winning chefs including Adam Reid who will be creating his Great British Menu winning main course. This will be a gastronomic feast not to be missed.
The evening will be hosted by Paul Askew, Fellow and Chairman in the North of England for the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and Chef Patron of the multi award winning Art School Restaurant. Via a live link into the kitchen, Paul will be interviewing the brigade throughout the event.
A host of sommeliers from the region including Sarah Donoher, Head Sommelier at The Art School Restaurant in Liverpool and Filippo Zito, Deputy Manager and Sommelier at Tast Cuina Catalana by Paco Perez will be on hand to share their knowledge.
